Exhibition with Jesus Campos and Martin Corradini

On Friday, October 17th, at 8:00 PM, I, along with my colleagues from Colectivo Imagen, Jesus Campos and Martin Corradini, will open the urban photography exhibition Aliquindoi.

In my second collaboration with Martín, and my first with Jesús, we play with the idea that it's not necessary to go to remote places to take good street photography. Sometimes, close distances can bring out a lot of potential; it's just a matter of looking. The exhibition consists of a total of 33 photographs shared equally between the three authors.

"Aliquindoi" is an Andalusian word derived from the English expression "look and do it," which meaning turned to "to be on the lookout" or "to be attentive." It is supposedly said by English sailors to the dockworkers in the ports of Málaga and Cádiz.

The exhibition can be seen until November 10 at the Colectivo Imagen headquarters.
